Variable not loading

I have a business process that stopped loading the variables.
This is effecting all further development on this process as I cannot select previously created variables in different forms within the business process.
When I select on the variables tab, it only says loading.
I have tried different browsers as well as connecting from different servers to the forms server.
I cannot see any errors within forms or the event viewer.
I have tried making a copy of the process, but the issue still remains.
How can I resolve this issue?

Did you get this issue resolved? I am having the same issue with forms variable kept on loading.

Hi Tuan.

I had to log a support case.

I sent them my business process & tey found sent me back a fixed business process.
It had to do with variable that got corrupt.
There was also a change I had to make in the forms data base so will probably have to send them a copy of you database

Thank you for reply. I was able to figure this out. I had to run an update statement on bpdata_set.

A support case has been filed for this issue. In future, if opening a case after starting an Answers thread, please reference the Answers thread so the support engineer can know about any previous discussion. Do NOT begin an Answers thread after opening a case for an issue, unless directed to by the support engineer when the case is closed.

This thread will be updated when a resolution is found.

Hi James.

I struggled logging a support call on the support site for probably a week now & only realized after I logged it on answers that I had to add a "cc" mail address on the support site although it is not marked as required. Going forward this will not happen again.
