Question

DocuSign Laserfiche integration

asked on September 26, 2016 Show version history

In order to sign a document that is stored in Laserfiche with the Docusign-Laserfiche integration, does the signer need a Laserfiche license as well as a DocuSign account OR can they sign with just a DocuSign account?

Also, can you sign using Laserfiche mobile?

Thanks

Jen

The signing itself takes place within DocuSign. Initiating the signature happens within Web Access, and you can configure the DocuSign Endpoint to bring documents that have been signed in DocuSign into the repository.

As such, while a user needs a Laserfiche license to initiate the process from within Web Access, they do not need a license to perform the signature in DocuSign.

Regarding mobile accessibility: I believe DocuSign has support for signing on mobile devices, so this should be possible. I do not think Laserfiche Mobile has support for initiating the signatures.

You will need a full license to log into Web Access, to be able to initiate the DocuSign signing request with a DocuSign account.

Greetings,

With the new participant user licenses of forms; which can be read in the web repository, is it possible to start the DocuSign or is it mandatory that the user who needs to sign has a full user?

When a document is sent to DocuSign for signature from Web Access, if the user does not have a docusign account, can the user sign the document by just clicking on link in the email?

Thanks
