Hi Edgar,
You can consult the Help Files ( 9.2 | 10 ) or the white paper "Workflow: Quick-Start Guide" to get started in Workflow. There were also a couple of conference classes with PPT files available on the Support Site to get started in Workflow, including a presentation and a hands-on lab. While there isn't a CPP course specifically dedicated to Workflow, I do know the CPP system is getting a revamp and a more particular course may be in the works.
Hope this helps!
James you mention that the CPP system is getting a revamp. Can I get some more information on the particulars of the revamp? I have several users in my organization that need training soon. I don't like that the current version of CPP doesn't tell you which versions of Laserfiche that is shown in the training videos. Also I think that more in depth content should be offered.
Hi Rob,
The revamp involves making more interactive course videos and rewriting the exams to make them more focused and clear. I'll pass your requests on to the team. For more information, this post is a good place to discuss concerns about the CPPs.
Thanks Tessa. When will the new courses be available? I don't want to put my users through the older training. I'd like it to be as up to date as possible.
The new courses are still actively being built and tested, so there isn't a specific ETA yet. More information will be announced at Empower 2017.
Tessa, you mentioned that there was going to be more information about the updated CPP courses was going to be provided at Empower. Now that Empower is over can you point me to the new information?
Thanks.
Some of the courses were actually released before Empower, including one Workflow course - see Mandana's recent comment.
Edgar, The Business Process Management 1 Course is a good introduction to Workflows. It got me off and running fairly quickly, and the Laserfiche Answers Forum right here is where I get most of my information. There is a lot of archived questions and answers, so you can usually find what you are looking for. Also, do a search on YouTube and you can get some pretty good videos. One that was especially helpful for me was this one here:

Edgar,
We recently launched a new CPP course titled: Building Laserfiche Workflows. This course is meant both for users who are brand new to Laserfiche Workflow, and for those who are maintaining their organization’s existing Workflow environment.
The first part of our lessons will focus on defining what Laserfiche Workflow is and in identifying when it is the best tool for the job. Subsequent lessons will focus building, testing, and expanding on a basic workflow, as well troubleshooting and reporting.
You can find course registration here: https://www.laserfiche.com/cpps
