Reordering Document Opening

How to automatically open pages of a electronic file? I want users to not have to open the word document but view the pages when they click a document. You know in option you can change what the document is viewed in. But I only want the user to view the pages first.

Have you tried options here?

Yes, I tried it multiple times and it didn't work. I tried again today and it worked. I think I needed to shut down my computer and start over. Thanks for your help.
