You can use Laserfiche Workflow to retrieve the variables from your Forms process to insert into a database. To accomplish this, insert a Workflow task in your Forms process modeler.

Then, build the workflow with the "Retrieve Business Process Variables" activity, which allows you to grab values from each form submission. Once you have those values, you can use the "Insert Data" or "Update Data" activities to write them into your database. Hope this helps!
