Laserfiche Forms - user options on left side of screen not showing

I have a user that cannot see the left portion of the screen - we have changed his screen resolution/ checked all access rights(all user group - and all users have access to the form)/ changed browsers... (started in chrome which is what I use all the time with no problem) and cannot figure out the reason for the options not showing.

Has anyone encountered this and have a solution? We are on version 10.

Hi Michelle,

If you open the Developer Tools pane and choose the Console tab, are there any errors which display for the problem user when the Tasks page loads?

Additionally, does this happen if the user logs into Forms on a browser from another machine? What about for other users who log into Forms from his original machine?
