How to add to the instance name in forms instances?

We are trying to find a way to search certain variables to our forms that are submitted. In the instances, it looks like you can only search the information that's in the "Instance Name" column.

My question is, how do I customize instance names so that I can make them more searchable?

Hi James,

If you go to the list of Processes and find the Forms process you'd like to customize, from the Edit dropdown menu you can go to Publishing Options. There you can edit the Instance Name and even include for example field variables from the process which could help you out.
