Unknown Error 0x80131700

My client is receiving this error after installing the latest windows 10 update. "Unknown Error 0x80131700" inside of LFScanning when attempting to scan. They are using the TWAIN drivers and have tried a Dr-4010c and a Dr-6010c but both give the same error. I also cleared the users attributes. I also run a repair on the drivers and LF. There is no error logs in teh lfscanning folder in TEMP or in the event logs. They are on LF 9.2.1. Has anyone else encountered a similar error?

Based on the case opened with LF Support for this issue, this was resolved by completely uninstalling then reinstalling the LF client.
