Help Quickfields SQL Database Lookup Error

Hello,

I am trying to configure a Quickfields session to do a database lookup to an external table dbo. however when I do I get the below errors.

 

Not sure how to work around this but need to resolve this as soon as possible any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using Quick Fields 10, then please apply the update from KB 1013788.

If this is for Quick Fields 9, the issue was addressed with the update from KB 1013389. However, subsequent updates for Quick Fields 9 have been released since then.

To be fully patched in Quick Fields 9, first apply KB 1013497 followed by KB 1013636, in that order.

Hi Alexander,

It does not apply I am using Quickfields 10.0.0.976 do you know what could be causing this problem.. its an urgent demo situation.

The patch seems to have solved the issue however I thought I was up on all my patches the new site structure makes it a bit difficult to find.

To specifically check for the latest patches for any product, I'd recommend bookmarking KB 1012113.

Hi Guys,

I am currently experiencing the same issue on Laserfiche QuickFields 11

Build: 11.0.23.3.30125

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
