My client is having an issue where scanconnect is crashing everytime they try to load it in quick fields. I have repaired it and done a complete reinstall, but it still crashes. Here is the error (ScanConnect 8.3):

Hi,

I'm having the same error when trying to use ScanConnect 8.3 with LaserFiche 10.2. Has a resolution been provided for this case?

Thanks
