Question

What SQL table houses Saved but not completed Forms Username and Password

asked on September 20, 2016

Hello,

I have a user who is trying to retrieve a form that they had saved to complete later on. They were able to create a user name and password with no issue but when they click on the emailed link to bring them back to the form, they get the message, " the user name or password is incorrect". The person trying to retrieve the form is not a LF or Forms user. They currently are unsure if the password here is correct or not. Are there any SQL tables that house the user name and password of users who have saved but not completed a form?

Thanks

Laserfiche doesn't store passwords in plaintext. You can't just open the database and look at them.

I'm afraid your user will have to fill out the form again from scratch.

For saved draft, after they click the emailed link to open the form, they can click the "Forgot your password" link to reset the password.
