How to run a Security Audit within Laserfiche Admin Console

Hello,

 

I have a new LF Administrator that would like to run a security audit against his LF Admin Console. Spefically they would like to be able to determine what rights and privileges are assigned to each user and group. The Access Security tool is not applicable to this situation from what I have seen. Are there any other tools or specific queries that can be run in SQL to attain this information?

Are the Feature Rights and Privileges columns not enough for this purpose?

Hello,

 

They are wanting to export the information into a CSV file. The only option I see is for XML which I don't believe will be as easy to sift through. Is there another way to export what is showing in those columns you suggested?

Excel can convert the XML file to a spreadsheet on import. See "Import multiple XML data files as external data" in the Office documentation.
