Has anyone ever seen this?

This machine is only used for QF, there are no barcodes being scanned. I even turned off agent and its still stuck. This has happened before and we then have to reset the machine. What can cause this so we don't have to restart the machine so much. Thanks.

Hello Miruna

I'm having a ton of trouble with this BPsession. I keep finding it hogging all the CPU on a QF machine. I already did a case about this and they told me to shorten the times that QF agent runs which I did. It seemed to help short term but just today I caught it again running the CPU at 100 percent. Each process is 25 percent CPU. What could cause this?
