Use Workflow to pull TIFF files from fileserver to Repository

In Quick Fields you can use Universal Capture to pull files from a file server to the repository, how can I do this from Workflow 9.1?

Workflow does not have built-in activities for importing files. You can use the SDK to script it, but a specialized tool like Quick Fields or Import Agent is recommended.
