Row labels not hiding

I have a Forms process with 6 forms. Each form has the same table that is configured to hide the row labels. The last form for some reason is showing the row labels. If I look at the preview of that form, the row labels are hidden.

There's no CSS or javascript that is overriding this setting. Has anyone else had the same issue? If so, how were you able to fix it?

I'm sure this has something to do with the fact that this Form is never loaded for user interaction. It is just used to format the data for a Save to Repository task.
