Difficulties in detecting the fields

I have a problem in making the Quick Fields capture two fields of automatic way , I tried to change the metadata , however without success. Have any tips on how to solve this problem ?

 

Attached is the document you need to perform the procedure.

 

The fields that need to capture is marked red.

Can you use a rotate process to rotate the page instead?

Gabriel,

Can you give us more information on how your session is configured to capture the data in these fields? For example, are you using Zone OCR to read the information off the document? Are you using any image enhancements?

Attached , I am sending prints of how it is configured the quick fields , see if it is correct please and I'm using all the improvements I know.

Okay, so now I can see that it's capturing something with your Zone OCR process but it's not capturing the right thing. 

Is your zone configured in the correct location and is it set to capture the text in the correct orientation? (since your page is sideways)

Are you using the "Accuracy" option?

Hello,

 

Identified who was doing the zonal OCR in the wrong way , but I tried to change to 90° and the same has not caught the right , there is another way to turn the zonal OCR .
