I tried to send an email from Web Access but it seems to be converting the language to a new format? Is there a default I need to change?

Any ideas?

This has been fixed in the latest 10.1 hotfix, the problem was the text encoding method used to create the outlook message (bug# 144578).

It converts it when I change it to an html email.
