Laserfiche Version 9 Search and Retrieval

When I do a text search of e-mail (.msg files) in Laserfiche, text contained in attachments that are Adobe PDF files is not found. The Laserfiche text search will find text in attachments that are Microsoft Office documents such as .docx, .xlsx, pptx, etc. How do I resolve this?

Text extraction is all done by ifilters. Do you know if you have a PDF ifilter installed on the LFFTS server?

No. Adobe iFilter was installed but did not resolve the issue.
