How to run security access audit report?

How do I run a security access report for our whole repository to determine what users have access to?

Perhaps this might help. It enables you to Report Access Rights for an Entry or Set of Entries.

Thanks for the link.

I can't seem to locate any instructions on on how to run the utility. Could you point me in the right direction?

I've attempted to run the "AccessRightsReport72", "81", or "82" without any luck.

When I run 81 & 82 it crashes/closes. When I run 72 I'm getting not connected to database message.

I believe you just select the folder that you want the report for (in the Laserfiche Client), and then run one of the executables in Prebuilt x86 Executables from the extracted .zip. Then just choose where you want the .csv file to be stored. I ran a test on my end and it seemed to work.

Hi Michael,

 

I try to use this utility but my output of access rights only one folder even I selected all the folder in my repository. How I can get all the user's access right to each folder only one run of the utility.
