We have a customer who has asked us about the Client Application Compatibility/Certification for Windows 10.

How does Laserfiche validate their client applications for Windows 10 ?

Does the testing / certification include the previous version ? as this customer operates an N-1 for their internal release procedures and is currently upgrading to LF9.

Will the testing / certification occur prior to MS releasing the CBB and LTSB updates to the wider world ?

How will LF handle the requirement for them to make changes to the client applications where a MS update causes a failure ? Will information be sent out in a pro-active process ?
