Empower App

There is a Laserfiche Empower App in the App store which I downloaded to my iPhone.  When I attempt to log in using my support site credentials it doesn't recognize my password.  I just registered for Empower 2017 today so I don't know if there is a lag time between the registration information and any updates to the Empower app.  Please advise as to how to best get into this app.  Thanks.

Hello, This is our new Laserfiche Empower conference app. The app content is still being finalized and will be officially released to all Empower 2017 attendees as we get closer to the conference.

What is the status on the Empower App?

Hello Michelle, the Empower app is available for all registered Empower 2017 attendees. We have done a soft launch of the app with limited features. We will be adding more features as we get closer to Empower.

 

Also, I just checked and you do in fact have access. You can download the app from the links towards the bottom of this page, https://empower.laserfiche.com/agenda/ then login with your email and reset your password.

Channing,  Does resetting the password reset my password for LF Answers and support as well?

My normal password is not working as well. We use the same credentials that we use to login to CPP and Support?

Chynna, When you login, don't enter any password, just choose reset password.  It will send you an email with a link to reset (enter a new) password then it routes you back to the Empower App to login.  I created a new password for empower.  I also found it doesn't affect your other passwords.

Michelle is correct. The app password is separate from other Laserfiche support passwords.

Are you sure this is a Laserfiche App...I see it was created by "DoubleDutch". While the Laserfiche App was created by Laserfiche.

DoubleDutch is the product/company we used to create the conference app. It's not a Laserfiche product, but the app is definitely the right one for Laserfiche Empower :)

Support, the Laserfiche Empower app is requiring a .com email address to log in. We here at the City of Westminster, CO have emails that end in .us in the interim I used my personal gmail.com, and I'm still waiting for the apps response to my email. Please advise. Thank You.
