Can you check the Event Viewer on the Server? When you start the service, does it post a message there warning about a "stale license"? If so, it means that your Laserfiche server has been unable to connect to Laserfiche's activation servers within the past X number of days (I think X=7). If you have a Rio system, then it could mean that the LF Server hasn't been able to connect to the Directory Server for X number of days. Typically when I've seen this problem, it's either a firewall or networking issue preventing LF Server from phoning home.

Yes after checking event viewer it appeared to be stale license when license manager is installed in the same server with laserfiche and was working before perfect but the only different is we shift the archiving from old storage to new storage then we change the path letter of the new storage to the old.
