I am getting some feedback from end-users that seems a little odd.  They are reporting that their session is being timed out quite frequently.  It seems the time is somewhat random in that it could happen after 5 minutes of inactivity or an hour+.  WebAccess settings are set to take the idle time from the repository which is set to 240 minutes.

 

One side note, I am not seeing any of this behavior occur on the client side and I have not seen anything show up under the Event Viewer Application logs.

 

Any idea what could possibly be causing the problem?
