Alexander,

We had a far greater problem. Our network went down for about an hour. We are back up and running now! Thanks

In the Workflow Configuration Manager, please confirm that the Web application directory URL (http://servername/Workflow)  is valid and when testing the URL, reports "Connection successful." Note that if you needed to update the URL in the configuration manager, then you will need to republish the workflow/business process from the Workflow Designer.

Next, from the workstation where the Laserfiche Client is installed, open a web browser and confirm that going to http://servername/Workflow takes you to a page that looks like

Once that's been done, please try starting the business process from the Client again.

Workflow Configuration Manager is only available on the Workflow Server itself. The same web service configuration can also be accessed from the Workflow Administration Console which would be installed on any machine where the Workflow Designer is installed. To change the configuration, the user would have to be a Workflow administrator.

Hi Alex, we are having a very similar issue. We are able to browse to the URL just fine via IE. But the WF Web Services > Web Application Directory path fails when we click on the Test link. As a result, the business processes fail to work correctly.

Dears,

I've the same issue and it's gone after restarting Laserfiche Server service.

Does any one know the main cause of this issue ?
