When selecting Save to Laserfiche your prompted for your connection info.
Any of the other actions just try to connect without prompting for any information and fail with this message.

The message indicates that outlook add-in is trying to connect repository on Web Access automatically. There are two ways a repository on Web access is used. The first option is that, you attached a repository on Web Access from add-in before. The cause may be the login information is remembered but Web Access address is out-of-date. If so, could you please try to detach it? The second option is that, outlook detected the repository you are currently exploring in the browser. If detected, you don't need to enter credential, it will automatically save the emails to the currently opened folder (22160024xxxxx in the screenshot, for example). If that is the case, the address of Web Access detected by outlook add-in is incorrect. Could you please contact Laserfiche support?

Looking for an option to re-attach the repository. I can't seem to find it. It just prompts me to select a repository when I use the first feature, the other 3 do not.
There is an "Detach" button when you select a repository when use the first feature. Please have a try!
