Is there a section in the Welcome.aspx page for Weblink to place plain text that can be edited with CSS? I would like to put some text around here:

You would need to add the text and specify the class in the welcome.aspx file, then add the class to the WebLinkStyles.css file along with the desired CSS.

i.e.

welcome.aspx

 

WebLinkStyles.css
