Web client error on print

I had a user who was trying to print from the web client. She originally was able to pick a printer and picked Adobe PDF. She got an ActiveX control error. I showed her how to use download option instead but now every time she tries to print, it defaults to Adobe PDF. It doesn't give her the chance to pick the printer and will always error out. How can I allow her to pick her printer?

The printer selection dialog is entirely outside the control of Web Access.  We do use an ActiveX control for digital signatures and scanning but not for printing, so that error is probably coming from another extension that is installed.  This sounds like a case for your organization's IT department.
