For our clients we created a very basic html set up with the use of iFrames, where they can access LF forms and aspects of the repository (WebAccess). Synapse is the enviroment name for our paperless system; a dashboard for the software if you like. (see screenshot)
We also implore our users to use the LF Mobile app, because we really like it and think it works great.
Could someone explain the reason why when accessing LF forms via a desktop browser a user must 'Start a Process' but on the LF App they 'Fill out a form'?
You can imagine we have had the questions asked if this is the same action. We personally prefer 'Fill out a form' as it is a recognisable and relateable action which the general public understand; unlike 'Start a Process'.
Would it ever be possible to make these actions customiseable ? Could I in the future rename these buttons how I prefer?
