I have a workflow setup to send a copy of the PDFs after they have been filled out. Well the workflow works great. The only problem we have ran into is that we get the correct copy of the document and a blank copy. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

You're including image pages as PDF in addition to sending the electronic document. It's possible that your PDF form as an image page and that gets converted to PDF and exported. Just uncheck the option to send the images as well.

You only attach one entry to the email, right? Could you post a screenshot of the activity's configuration for that entry?
