Is there a way we can modify a folder so that it always stays affixed to the bottom of the sort order?  In particular, we have a CLOSED cases folder that we want to remain at the bottom of the folder list.  It should not sit in between cases that start with the letter "C." 

Do you guys have any recommendations for this?
