Web Access 10 - Open Electronic Files by Default instead of Right Click, Open, Electronic File

Is there an option to have Electronic Files (Specifically Word and Excel documents) open by just clicking the file name, rather than using the right click menu? If I use the right click menu then it opens in Word, this is what they would like to see without using the menu.

Here are my settings:

But when I click the file I get this:

You need to generate document pages or download the Office Web App to view electronic documents within the Client viewer. If you want to go straight to the Word Document click Download Electronic File.
