License Expired Quick Fields

hello,

Just need a brief overview of an issue I'm having where my customer is getting an expired license when they open QF.  They have Rio.  What are the steps to get a new license file for them?

There's no way to tell without knowing more about the customer. It is possible they had an evaluation license. You can open a support case to find out.

As for the license, you can generate a new one from the master license through License Manager or Laserfiche Directory Service. Then you can point to it in the License Activation dialog in Quick Fields and Quick Fields will take care of putting the file in the right place.
