I am trying to add a Forms Participant User manually and after entering in all of the users information (User name, Email, Name, Password, Confirm Password) Forms displays the error "Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again." I have tried multiple times with the same error message being presented. In the Application Log on the server it shows the following error message:
