Password Expiration Policy

Hi Everyone,

I have expiration password policy applied on laserfiche but I would like to know if it's possible to bypass it for one user. That is this person won't have to change his password.

Hi Ketsia,

I'm assuming ticking the "Ignore Maximume Passord Age" tickbox should do the trick for password age/renewal.

Bear in mind however this is only for LF users, if the users are using Windows Authentication then the password policy is controlled in Active Directory.

Hi Chris,

Thank you very much for the answer but could you please confirm if this won't affect the other users?Because there is already a policy password applied on LF admin console

Hi Ketsia,

This check box is set per user. So this change will not impact anything you have set in the global password policy.
