Hi Ricardo, I'm assuming you mean that Forms workflow is kicking off a LF Workflow. After you have run your Forms WF, open The WF Designer and run the Search Results for the last 15 minutes to see if your workflow kicked off. If not, open the Workflow and see if you can kick it off manually (Green Error on Ribbon bar - Run Current Workflow). If the WF does not run, click on the Green Box at the beginning of your Workflow and on the right where the WF Name is, Click the Setting Cog, and then chose 'Connection Profiles" and a profile should appear in the box below. If not Click the Manage Reference Object line and set up or test you Profile. If in the case that the WF is kicking off but the Forms WF is not waiting for it, In the Service Task object in Forms, set the "Wait for WF to complete", this way Forms WF will wait for the Finish signal back from the LF Workflow before continuing. Also, in the Forms Instance Monitor you will see that Forms sent the LF Workflow command but hung waiting for it to complete.
