Does anyone have a solution on how to do this easily?

The outlook items are not from someone on the network, so there is no associated calendar item for them.

When attempting to generate the pages, we get this error: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.  A meeting cannot be created from an attachment.  To add this item to your calendar, ask the meeting organizer to send you a meeting request."  Then the process hangs for awhile.

This only happens on meeting requests.  Normal mail messages generate pages fine.
