Hi Support,

If we do not have LF Audit Trail report. Is there the possibility to have the information about who has renamed a specific folder in the LF database?

Without Audit Trail, there is no record of who modified the name. You only have the "Last Modified by" value, which may or may not be the user who renamed it (depending on what other changes were made to the folder).

Ok. You mean that without LF Audit Trail, there is no logs that we can refer to look for the information required?

The Client has LF Avante 10.0. Does LF Avante 10 include Audit Trail Licenses? Or we should confirm it with our Regional manager?

Yes, Audit Trail only logs data after it is turned on and there is a license for it. Avante does not include Audit Trail, but that's not to say it's guaranteed the customer does not have it. You should check with Tech Support or your regional manager.
