Do you have a device running a newer version of Android? I will see if we can recreate the issue with an older device and older version of Android.

Still you can recreate the issue on the same version versions, do the same steps ... You will get it crashed, if you switch & between step 1 & 2 by opening LF App first then Cisco Anyconnect at this time it works, we tried it with many other Andriod devices all are the same,

Hi Hisham,

We found the issue might result from the connection failure for Android push notification service when launching LF app, and we have fixed the issue which will include in next app release.

Would you please report the crash log to play store next time you experience the app crash? So we can check if this is the same case.

Thanks.

Hi Hisham,

I can't recreate the issue. My mobile device is running Android 6.0 and I have AnyConnect version 4.0.05042 installed. I can VPN into our corporate network and connect to an internal repository using the Laserfiche Mobile app successfully. Browsing the repository and opening documents worked fine and the app never crashed. Note that I'm using Laserfiche Server 10.1.1.254, Mobile Server 10.1.0.624, and Mobile App 10.1.0.540.

Can you provide further details regarding your scenario?

Regards
