Generating Searchable Text on PDFs imported from WebAccess 10

I have a client that is using WebAccess 10. When they Drag&Drop or Import PDFs into Laserfiche, the popup allows to select Generate Pages and Generate Searchable Text, but when the document is brought in, the Text Box is empty.

I tried bringing the same PDF in via the Laserfiche Client and the text is generated. Is there a fix for this for WebAccess?

There are 2 answers base on whether the PDF is Image based PDF or PDF with Text.

For PDF+text files, you just need to add the iPDF Filter to your WebAccess Server, you can get this off the Web. filterpack2010sp1-kb2460041-x64-fullfile-en-us

For Image based PDF's, you need to install and configure DCC on you LF Server and then create a WF to Schedule OCR whenever it see a new PDF created/imported to the repository.
