Dear all,
According to a previous case with laserfiche support regard laserfich office integration, they told us
"The add-on for Firefox is a 32-bit dll, so it can only be loaded on 32-bit version of Firefox. You can install 32-bit version of Firefox to see if it works then. There is no link for it, but I did talk to dev for this and this is the response from dev. "
so we knew that the integration is not supported on firefox 64-bit , but this information should be put on the support website and requirement because it's making conflict with our customers.
