Can anyone tell me why one of our users keeps getting the error LFF8-NoAuthority? He has Basic User rights and is included in the Access Rights as a Submitter for the forms process.

Can you tell us on which page the user gets this error? Maybe a screenshot?

We have another customer with this issue, with no explanation at the moment:-

Hi Chris,

The page in your screenshot is a dedicated error page so we can't tell what happened.

Can you check with customer if they can reproduce the issue? Which page did the user intended to go to?

Hi Rui,

Still digging on this one. The error occurs after clicking a link in an approval email for 1 particular user. If I get to the bottom of it I'll post back here.
