Which scan source do I choose?

After turning our scanner on this morning, it is asking for a scan source.  Please let me know which we should choose. Our options are: Universal Connect, TWAIN, Scan Connect, or WIA Scan Engine.  We have a Fujitsu 7160.

Meko, if you have ScanConnect you should choose that, then choose your scanner model when it asks you for that option.
