The "next and previous document" menu items in WebAccess when viewing a document are disabled despite having several documents in the folder. (See screenshot below)

Any ideas why this might happen?

Additionally, are there keyboard shortcuts to access those menu items?

We have people working stacks of documents in a single folder and it's really annoying for them to close the tab and open the next document. This is compounded by the fact that documents will be removed from the folder as they are marked as completed, but the folder view might not actually reflect that unless they refresh.
