How to remove Workflow Email editor line break tags?

Hi,

 

We are integrating Forms into Clarizen (Project Mgt software) using a mailbox. Calrizen can pick up patterns of information from the body of the email sent by Workflow. 

The issue we are finding is that the break tags <br> are affecting Clarizen picking up the fields on each line. Is there a way to prevent Workflow from adding these tags? We use Lotus Notes as our email client.

The option was added for 9.2.1.

You can set the email activity to send a plain text email through its Advanced Settings dialog.

This setting can only be configured on a per activity basis at this time.

I have the same issue but I don't want to send the email as plain text I want to use HTML but without the weirdly and wildly inappropriate BR after every tag ..

Can we not format the same way as any number of 100 email formatting tools?

If I save the workflow with html, every tag is separated with a BR including html,body,head etc. 

End the madness please .. software and web developer with 37 years of experience.

Thanks for your reply Miruna, unfortunately I don't  have that tick box option on my WF version (9.2). 

We are hoping to get up and running with V10+ over the next month, so will wait till then.
