Business Process Library -IT Help Desk Request - Is not working

During the creation we are receiving this error

Hi Georges, 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like an error occurred when we uploaded this particular process to the BPL. Please try again - it should be resolved now and you should be able to properly import the process.  If you have any other questions or feedback, please let us know in the Business Process Library Answers group.

Please check the Event Viewer for a more detailed error message or open a case with Tech Support if you need help finding the error message.
