Hi,

I'm trying to implement a Laserfiche form as below:

First name:

Last name:

Session 1:   option1
                   option2
                  option3

session 2: option1
option2
option3

I need to limit the checkboxes in a way that only 10 users can choose the session one and 15 session 2? just wondering if there is anyway to do this? is workflow able to do such a thing?

Hi Mary,

Just thinking out loud, each form request could be loaded (using a field lookup) with remaining stock and javascript could be used on the form to run the calculations and determine how much of each item is available.

There's also the risk of two people having an order which clash.

Using version 10, you could use the first form to select the sesired option. Have the person submit the form (which fires off a workflow to reseerve the items for the given submission ID) which then loads the next "task" automatically containing a payment screen.
