Workflow can't connect to the server

I've just install LF10 on a computer but when I try to use the Workflow Designer for the first time, it try to connect to the Server and show me an error message. The installation is in french and the error message too but it can be translated by "Connection cannot be set because the target computer expressly refuse it."

Hi Moana,

 

Check that the Laserfiche Workflow Server Service is running as an account that has local admin rights on the machine workflow server is installed on, and it's not running as local system. I've had this error message a few times and it usually relates to a rights problem.
