Import Agent issue-Document is not uploaded in the correct path

Hi Everyone,

When I input the path in the 'retrieve files from this folder' box , I cannot access the document in the specific folder path that I have entered. The document gets uploaded in LF but it does not go to the folder I have specified. Can you help please?

What folder are you specifying that the documents be imported into? This information would be under the Properties tab of your Import Agent profile.

What is the folder/path where the documents are being imported into?

Hi Steven,

 

It is imported in Administration but not in Leave File.

Any chance you have a workflow on the folders in that path that's being triggered by the creation of the documents?
