Page OCR'd but no text available for the document

Why would Laserfiche show that all the pages were OCR’d but then show no text available for the document? Of those in the list at left the first and third show as OCR’d but there are no text pages.

Hi Corey,

What happens when you run "Generate Searchable Text" against the documents, does that make any difference?

You mean have that setting on while importing? It is currently set to generate pages. That's the funny thing. It is importing via web access not client. Docs do OCR when I manually run OCR.

Hi Corey, sorry for the late response. I was meaning in terms of testing the results in the client when selecting the documents and running the "Generate Searchable Text" option, whether that generated the text you were after? As such that might help with the troubleshooting. Cheers!
