SIGNiX integration configuration error

We followed the instructions to configure and install the SIGNiX integration with Laserfiche. We modified the web.config by replacing client , sponsor , user ID and password and the Repository name user and password. but when choosing Sign with SIGNiX in the webAccess toolbar we get the following error:

please advise.

Hi, Maher,

It looks like our web service is getting that error message from Signix. Have you set up an endpoint with them?

Even if you have Signix account credentials, you will still need to negotiate an explicit push notification URL with them (their servers only accept requests from white listed sources).

See the "Push Notification URL" section in the documentation here.

Please let us know if you still encounter problems, or if you have already set up the URL with them and this turns out to be a separate issue.
